Project Manager with ten (10) years of experience in construction management, civil/structural engineering & design. Expertise in residential, commercial and industrial construction with an emphasis on providing technical support during execution on all scopes of work, from the ground up.
Prior to a managerial role the majority of my experience was in the field with a focus on scheduling, coordinating, cost controls, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing quality control, and conducting constructability reviews to ensure efficient project execution. Before taking on my own venture with Adams Engineering I spent two (2) years studying and dealing real estate as a licensed Realtor in the Province of Nova Scotia. The experience resonated well with my current role as it brought me up-to-speed so to speak as to the current market building trends while helping home customers find a structurally and efficient home.

While working in the industry we often referred to the project management triangle which highlights scope, time and cost at their vertices. Within the triangle lays quality. As any one of the three constraints are neglected ultimately quality is hindered and/or one of the other components are affected in order to maintain quality. Mark Adams
Born in the beautiful village of Tatamagouche, with roots in northern New Brunswick, I spent many memories vacationing in PEI, NFLD, or at home on the northern shore of Nova Scotia. Education brought me to Wolfville, where I studied applied science at Acadia University and completed a degree in Civil Engineering at Dalhousie University.
Ultimately work took me West, as it does for many, where I acquired invaluable experience and further education. Ten (10) years later I found myself back home where I belong.
